Hollinger Field House, which opened its historic doors in 1949, is located on West Chester University's main campus. Named for an unsung politician and member of WCU's Board of Trustees, Hollinger has provided the setting for many historic sporting events, concerts, and political events since it's opening, and underwent a $2 million renovation project in 2013. This completed project included the replacement of the wooden basketball floor, resurfacing of the three-lane indoor track, and the installment of new bleachers. The North Campus Pool contains two 1-meter Duraflex springboards and one 3-meter Duraflex springboard. Ehinger gym is used for recreational activity, including intramural and club sports as well as some university classes.
