Assistant Women's Rugby Coach (Part-Time)

The successful candidate will be expected to fulfill all responsibilities associated with successful coaching at the collegiate level.

A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is required for the position. Knowledge of and conformity to NCAA rules is required. Previous college coaching and/or playing experience within the last five years is preferred.

Assistant Baseball Coach (Part-Time)

West Chester University of Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time assistant baseball coach. The successful candidate will be expected to fulfill all responsibilities associated with successful coaching at the collegiate level.

A bachelors degree or relevant experience is required for the position. Previous college coaching and/or playing experience within the last five years is preferred. Primary responsibility of this assistant position will be the pitching coach. Knowledge of and conformity to NCAA rules is required.

Head Men’s and Women’s Track & Field Coach/Cross Country Assistant

Join a vibrant community whose excellence is reflected it its diversity and student success.  West Chester University of Pennsylvania invites applications for the position of Head Men’s/Women’s Track & Field Coach/Cross Country Assistant. West Chester University is a member of the highly competitive Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling all duties associated with successful coaching at the college level. This includes organization and administration of the program, recruiting, scheduling, budget preparation and other associated responsibilities of West Chester University’s men’s and women’s indoor/outdoor track & field teams. Fundraising and conducting camps for scholarships for the program are a major responsibility.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Previous high school and/or college coaching experience in track & field and knowledge of and conformity to NCAA rules are mandatory. 

USATF Level I certification or USATF Level II certification and college coaching experience is preferred. The successful candidate should have coaching expertise in one or more of the following areas: sprints, hurdles, jumps, and, or throws.

This is a full-time, entry-level, salaried, 12-month position with full benefits. The salary for this position is $37,500 (firm) with additional income possible by conducting mandatory summer camps.
