IUP Invitational - Final Round
INDIANA, Pa. – West Chester University’s men’s golf squad shot a two-round composite score of 611 to finish eighth at the highly competitive IUP Invitational hosted by Indiana (Pa.) Tuesday.
Host IUP came from behind to win the team title with a 566. Concord, who led after day one, finished runner-up with a 580. IUP’s Gavin Smith shot a 67 on the second day to finish with a 138 and win the overall individual title.
West Chester’s Mike Flatley shot a 147 to tie for 14th overall. Doug Brooks signed for a 153 to tie for 37th. Griffith Basehore shot a 156 while Tyler Canfield shot a 158. Derek Glaser carded a 161.
West Chester concludes the spring slate at the Navy Spring Invitational next weekend.
