CHESTER, Pa. – West Chester University’s 4x100m relay team won its event, and Tyler Real was an individual winner in the 110m hurdles to lead the Golden Rams’ men’s effort at the Danny Curran Invitational on Saturday afternoon at Widener University.
Leighon Johnson was the only other individual winner, taking top honors in the 100m dash. He broke the tape in 10.98 seconds. Real won the 110m hurdles in 14.99 seconds while the 4x100m relay clocked a 42.68 seconds.
The 4x400m relay team placed second overall (3:22.42) while Craig Espenshade was also second in the 400m (49.77).
Shawn Smith placed fourth overall in the 100m dash behind Johnson. Smith clocked a 11.14.
