Meet Results
West Chester, Pa –Temple University registered the team top score in all four events, edging West Chester University and Springfield College in a women’s gymnastics tri-meet Saturday afternoon at Sturzebecker HSC. West Chester University honored five seniors on senior day.
Temple University totaled a 188.150 to West Chester’s 181.275. Springfield College placed third with a team score of 179.925.
Freshman Kaley Lafleur finished first in the all-around with a 36.875 to highlight the meet for the Golden Rams. She placed third on the balance beam with a 9.425. Teammate Alli Aquila placed second in the all-around with a score of 36.175. Ali finished fourth on the parallel bars with a 9.025.
Rachel Pearson scored a 9.525 on the floor while Felicia Massaro scored a 9.325 on vault. The floor was the Golden Ram’s top apparatus of the meet.
West Chester returns to action next Friday when they travel to Ursinus.
