Borkowski Named PSAC Female Co-Swimmer Of Week
LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - Senior Jackie Borkowski posted three NCAA 'A' automatic qualifying times in three events and also helped all five relay teams hit automatic qualifying marks at the Cavalier Invitational hosted by Virginia last weekend.
Indiana (Pa.) swimmer Jackie Hynson was also named co-swimmer of the week for hitting three 'A' automatic qualifying times and one 'B' time last weekend.
Borkowski, already a 16-time All-American, hit 'A' times in the 50-yard freestyle (23.39 seconds), 100 free (51.13) and 100 back (56.93). She was also a member of all five relay squads - the 200, 400 and 800 free and the 200 and 400 medley relays - that swam NCAA automatic qualifying times.
West Chester University is off until January when the Golden Rams travel to The College of New Jersey for a tri-meet with TCNJ and Johns Hopkins.
