2009-10 Cheerleading Tryout Registration Form

WEST CHESTER, Pa. - The West Chester University Cheerleading squad will host tryouts for its 2009-10 season on Sunday, May 3, 2009 from 9 a.m.- 8 p.m. in Gym 1 of Sturzebecker Health and Science Center.

Interested individuals must submit a completed insurance form, WCU physical form and tryout registration form to the cheerleading coach in the athletic office by April 20, 2009. The registration form is attached in PDF above while the physical form and insurance form can be found under “compliance” on the left-hand side of the home page. The address to mail all forms is below.
 
Currently enrolled WCU students may obtain a copy of their current physical from the Health Center in Wayne Hall ONLY if his/her physical was completed after May 3, 2008, in order to be current. Late forms will NOT be accepted.
